What MyStaff Is And Why Are We building It?

MyStaff helps companies manage their recruitment process. Basically we’re the Salesforce for recruiters.
The problem we set out to solve was that recruiters were not able to use their ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage the scale and volume of recruitment that happens in India. They simply could not deal with the sheer amount of Data Entry involved. This led to most recruiters using excel sheets and emails to keep a track of and communicate with candidates. The problems with excel sheets and email is that they are siloed on each recruiters computer and there is no centralized place to keep a track of all candidates and communication with them. It's also impossible to check whether a candidate had previously worked/interviewed with a company before.
The result was that recruiters spent way too much time organizing lists and tracking candidate communication than actually do what they are supposed to do: Recruit. The company also had no way to figure out which part(s) of their business are having human capital issues because of lack of access to live data.
