What everyone else said. Clearly a ploy to get more Alist since you need to pay to see the likes

But even for Alist subscribers it’s STILL a loss. You know what visitors tells me, someone is interested. People who like me with your new tinder copycat feature, doesn’t even tell me a person even LOOKED at my profile. In fact I’ve had people message me before looking at profile and it’s CLEAR from message this is true. I want to know they looked at profile first and not jus swiped because they liked one picture and sent a message based on it and it alone.

Also, when someone repeatedly visits profile it signals one of two things, they are REALLY interested, or a creeper. In fact I’m sure many women on here could tell you how visitors helps spot a jealous ex being creepy or how they like seeing the visits from a potential suitor who’s taking time to see what they wrote and not just their pics. Now true, a list could hide those visits if we’re shy or if creepers don’ want to reveal their stalk, but you work in statistics, I’m sure you realize most don’t. Why? Because most people WANT to be seen when they visit.

Now, as an Alist customer, I feel like you are taking away from me the most. More so than ones not paying for site. Those paying for site are losing ability to see who’s checking them out that is a huge loss. But an even bigger loss is someone like me who IS paying for your site is STILL losing ability to show people I’m checking them out. They won’t see my like. Yes I can send them a message, but often times I like to simply check someone out, read through some questions, sometimes really long profiles etc and be thorough before sending a message and it’s nice when they can see I’m doing that BEFORE I message in case they want to kinda return the favor a bit and maybe anticipate said message.

Anyways, TLDR

You’re screwing over unpaying AND paying customers. You might actually LOSE subs for this.
