How I lost weight in college

In order to lose weight in general you have to really want to lose weight. Your mindset must be right. I prefer to label it as a “be fit or be shit” philosophy. It helps me in an intense way so that I will stay committed.

Calories in vs calories out is everything. If you eat right and cut out some carbs, weight loss will happen. I say cut back on carbs because I have a slow metabolism. (People with fast metabolisms should not cut back on carbs to lose weight). In addition, I increased my protein intake to maintain muscle.

Keeping the weight off in college is difficult, but my will to be successful is stronger than my excuses. I cannot express it enough. Be fit or be shit!
