via N3rdmuscl3 http://ift.tt/1Rl405C Bruce Lee once said, “He don’t fear a man that has practiced 10,000 kicks once. Rather he fears a man that has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” Mastery is everything if you want the real results and it applies to fitness as well. Here are 3steps to achieving mastery in fitness. Step 1) People that really want to tone up should REALLY quantify this variable… The number of reps they do with exact same challenging (but not too heavy) weight while having good form. Step 2) Have a planned date for when you’ll reach that goal. However, you can’t go too soft or it won’t work. Every week you should have at least 100 reps per muscle group. The body needs the repetitive stimulation of the muscles. Step 3) Every 2500 reps, max out again to measure progress. This is a guaranteed formula for progress. Talent and “strong” genes are overrated. Put in the work!!! Now I know, it’s not sexy, glamorous, fun, or exciting… but that’s where the results come from… by doing the same movements day in and day out, over and over again. Don’t let the fitness marketing fool you. Be smart, train yo n3rdmuscl3 💪. #fitness #10000rule #exercise #workhard #DoNotQuit #PushThroughIt #ResultsWillCome http://ift.tt/1oX7GUM
