Dear NAU users!
First of all, let me apologize for the prolonged silence in NAU social networks. We have experienced lots of minor and major difficulties when releasing NAU platform on the production server and synchronizing our blockchain with the Ethereum network to make NAU -> eNAU exchange possible.
- WHAT IS DONE?
Here is a brief summary of what has been done since the last update:
1. NAU blockchain was launched. The official explorer is http://explorer.nau.io
In future we will update the design and add more features to make it comfortable to use, but anyway it is a fully functional explorer where you can track all the activity within NAU blockchain.
2. 1,285,000,000 eNAU ERC20 tokens were issued. You are able to exchange NAU to eNAU in your MY.NAU.IO cabinet on the Profile — Finances page. First exchange is free (don’t mind what the calculator shows), all following exchanges are subject to a 10% commission in NAU coins (will be changed to a fixed amount in future).

3. NAU App with wallet functionality was released in Google Play and is available in Test Flight mode for iOS users. Please check https://nau.io for the details.
4. After the extensive production tests of NAU platform it has been decided to implement major improvements to the process of adding and managing retailers/offers in the web interface, so this new functionality is now being tested to be released in the nearest future.
We will also release a special NAU Retail Point version of the application to make the process of accepting offer redemption by the retailers staff as easy as possible.
The plans to release the application with real offers are rescheduled due to the aforementioned additional processes on retailers and agents backend. Meanwhile, we have signed over 500 new retailers with total number now exceeding 1500 retailers in 5 countries. NAU team is extremely excited to have them added to the platform and app, so please be confident we are involved 24/7 into getting things done.
5. eNAU token has been listed on YoBit exchange (currently in Top-30 according to CoinMarketCap). Available pairs are:
- PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
1. Wrong balance. Some users see 5 NAU coins on their balance when they activate their NAU wallet, while they had more. These are the sign-up promotion coins and with some group of users a glitch can happen that shows only the promotional coins balance. By now 12 cases have been reported and currently all of them are fixed. If you experience the same issue, please let us know by email or in our Telegram group.
2. NAU -> eNAU exchange. Due to Ethereum network lags and glitches some ETH transactions haven’t hit the Ethereum blockchain while NAU coins have been taken from users balances. Currently most of such cases are fixed but some still need further investigation and solutions. If you experience the issue and haven’t reported us yet, please do that by email or Telegram.
3. OTP delivery in the app. During the first days after the release many users couldn’t receive the OTP code. Now the situation has improved and most messages are delivered successfully and pretty fast. If you still experience problems with that, please send us your phone number so we can sort this out with the SMS provider.
- NEAREST FUTURE PLANS
1. APP and platform release. When the final production tests are over, NAU local agent offices will add retailers and their offers to the platform, so that the Beta of the application can be fully launched and users can start inviting other users and redeeming offers. We expect this to have positive impact on the token price on exchanges.
2. Team growth. NAU Russian and German offices will soon be strengthened by a few top executives and senior developers. In February we are going to present the whole new technological and marketing roadmaps for 2018.
3. Application marketing. After the release of the application with active offers NAU will start advertising the mobile application in the cities of retailers presence. Both the strategy and budget are allocated and ready to be implemented.
4. More exchanges to come. Negotiations with few more exchanges from CMC Top-50 are expected to be successfully finished soon so that our NAU coin or eNAU token are traded within the broader audience.
5. Coinmarketcap listing. As soon as the daily trading volume exceeds 50,000 USD, we will file the inquiry for CMC listing.
