You’re projecting what he said. He used the examples of other guys as players who left in free agency, with the implication that KD is no different because big-name free agents regularly leave.

Nash going from Dallas to Phoenix was because Cuban didn’t want to pay big money to an aging point guard.

The scale was used as fun to highlight my point that KD’s move was rather unprecendented. None of what I said had anything to do with fan feelings, which I don’t give a shit about. It was unique in that he left an excellent situation to join his biggest rival. That shit doesn’t happen all the time and a more competitive person likely chooses a different path, even if that means leaving the Thunder.
