Ask Yourself WHY
By Conner Kisiel // Creative Director

There’s a question I ask myself every morning. Why am I here? You need to ask yourself the same question. Why are you here?
You may be an entrepreneur, you may be a manager, or you may be an employee who understands how important their role really is. But, we all have one thing in common. We’re doing what we’re doing for a reason. We started our company for a reason, you worked hard to be a manager for a reason, you put the blood, sweat, and tears in from 9–5 and beyond for a reason. What is that reason? What is your why?
This is something we ask all of our clients and we owe it all to Simon Sinek, the father of this question. Here’s the catch, money can’t be the answer, because it’s a bi-product. What is the real reason to why you are where you are right now?
If you don’t know the answer, sit back and REALLY think. There’s a chance you’re not where you want to be. For those who have an answer, NCMS is here to help you tell your story to thousands and thousands of people. It’s up to you to take action and get back to the basics.
If you believe in the reason you are where you are at, whether it be building a business around your passion, creating better lives for veterans, or advancing modern medicine, everyone should know. And what’s the best way to tell people? Through stories.

As business owners, each day we need to wake up, understand why we’re going to work, and spend every minute of every day fulfilling that reason. When we lose sight of why we do what we do, the people follow. Your employees may lose faith, your consumers may not believe in your product anymore, or even worse, you may give up because you don’t believe anymore. By living out your why each and every day, you can create a culture that is connected with your brand.
A partnership with NCMS is the first step in the right direction. Connect with our team (based out of Orange, CA) and take advantage of a FREE consultation to see what you really need to get back on track to why you started your business.
