Apple TV Observations

When using DLNA to stream movies they are streamed in realtime. Which causes problems when you pause or rewind/fast forward.

Apple TV downloads the movie onto the device in what I assume is a temporary memory space. Which means that you can pause/fast forward/rewind without the problems that live streaming causes.

This is a huge positive change in my user experience when watching our digital movie library.
