Information + Guidelines

New/Old South seeks to redefine the South by telling compelling stories that amplify diverse voices and experiences. We welcome completed, unpublished (meaning it has never appeared elsewhere, e.g., your personal blog) drafts for personal essays, narrative non-fiction, and journalism. We also accept videos, photography, and illustrations.

All submissions should be mailed to submissions@new-old-south.com.
