The recent NFT boom brought to light the immense opportunities that can be explored with this disruptive technology. We have witnessed the use of NFTs for digital art, combined with physical works, for music, tweets, real estate, etc. However, we haven’t seen any project use NFTs to support personal branding.
The current Age of Connectivity has brought anyone infinite, free and constantly evolving opportunities to reach out and connect with others. With this, personal branding has gained huge importance in the digital landscape, allowing individuals to build strong personal brands that in some cases, the so called “Influencers”, have more influence and impact than corporate brands themselves.
For us, personal branding is not only important for someone aiming to become an influencer, but also people that aim to better connect with their audience. Here we consider everyone from thought leaders, athletes, writers, traders, upcoming figures, etc. It is our vision to provide new and disruptive tools to any of the above individuals to both connect in an exclusive way to their most fervorous followers and find a new avenue to monetize their brand: we present to you the NFPs.
The NFPs (Non Fungible People) are NFTs on the ethereum blockchain that consists of a 3D animation artwork, generated based primarily on an individual Twitter profile picture and handle, and some variable elements based on other metrics on their profile. With this we turn people into digital assets.
With our concept we keep each person’s NFPs as unique allowing buyers to quickly identify who an NFT belongs to in a marketplace. Furthermore, inspired by Rarible’s original idea of unlockable content we can create another pathway for these individuals to interact in an exclusive way with their most loyal followers. As an example, imagine as a buyer being able once a week to hop on a 1 hour call with your idol; having access to some traders’ alpha leaks; being able to pick the brain of your dearest writer or the process of your favorite artist. The creator will also receive secondary market sales royalties, benefiting from speculation around them/their brand. Oh… and renting NFTs… So many ideas, but let’s leave some nuggets for another time…
There will be different tiers available for you to mint. The first NFP created from tier 1 will be completely free due to our integration with the Rarible Protocol, an early supporter of our project. Higher tiers will have more complex animations and we plan to have better support for the unlockable content feature, however they will also be priced accordingly.
