Thanks for giving me your perspective, Paul. Your fresh eyes on the subject seem to give me the idea that maybe all isn’t lost, and maybe I’ve just slipped into bad habits. I have been treated for chronic pain for over a decade, and have had problems with it for much longer. You’ve made me realize that I do need to revisit the reasons and the methods I’ve used recently and how distracted I get during the process.
