Maybe I should try to write more sonnets in future; I got some expert advice from my husband, the Cliff’s Notes on how a sonnet should go, the octet setting the scene, the 9th line “turn,” the resolution sestet including that turn and the end couplet being the intense imagery to finish it off. I thought, let’s apply it to ants! 😎
