Holy cow. I was expecting something entirely different. More analytical, detailed, and self-help-article-to-pick-up. Half way through this I was not only wrong but glad I was. In less than 1500 words, my perception of self help has been completely reversed. On this constantly changing and always attention seeking world, we loose the ability to return to ourselves. Instead of looking for self help out in the world, all I needed was to sit and listen to the voice inside me.
