Just took a little look at pre-shift work on my unpaidovertimelawyernashville.com blog. It is amazintg how often employers’ get away with terrible work environments and abusive behavior, but get busted on the FLSA violations. I think this is why there is so much dislike of the FLSA and there have been so many attacks on the rights given to workers through the FLSA lately. As employees continue to be hounded for greater productivity and less pay, the wage and hour laws become more important than ever. I only hope that the judicial errosion of these rights slows before there are no employee rights left.
