Research in psychology describes a concept known as “pre-cognition,” which shows that you can predict your own psychological/emotional state by targeting biological or environmental stimuli.
I simply cannot find anything that supports this claim anywhere. The term ‘precognition’ (without the hyphen) returns only ‘ability to see the future’ and with the hyphen there are no results. Any links to the research? Or did you just misname it and were talking about something else with a different name?
