No Social Media Challenge

So, for the rest of 2016, my boyfriend and I decided to do a 5 days challenge every 2 weeks in which in every challenge we will be doing something out of our habit.

This week, is the no social media challenge.

As millenial who lives in the world that is so connected and providing us with a lot of media and platform allowing us to explore what is beyond us, i sometimes found it to be overwhelming and agitating at the same time.

This is become our challenge. In just 5 days, we try to live away from our phone, delete our social media, and just remove that part of our daily life.

Sure it was a lot of struggle along the way, but here’s what i learn from the past 5 days.

1. You can focused on a lot, and by a lot i mean A LOT other things

At the beginning, i thought having no social media would be scary because then what would i do without them?

They are my source of information, my social platform, a place where i could pretend to be close to someone i’m not, and the list goes on.

But, surprisingly, that appeared to be not that big of a deal.
