It’s February. You know what that means. Author Philip Ogley would be rolling his eyes screaming “Don’t mention Valentine’s Day! Ad nauseam Nikitta!”
But hang on Philip, I haven’t finished.
February marks the month where folks will realize that their new year resolutions have failed or are failing. There goes another attempt at wishful thinking. Congratulations everyone. We can now move on to 2025.
Kidding.
To kick off a new month, I must acknowledge a few luminaries.
A heartfelt thank you to the Chief editor and publisher of Ellemeno for his piece on yours truly. It’s a rare treat to get a story written about yourself that is spoken outside the context of your work/ day job. In this case, David Todd McCarty wrote a piece centered on my writer’s life based on my participation here on planet Medium. It wasn’t written by just anyone. It was written by The Don DTM. And that means a lot.
