Going on an information diet is a great idea! Journaling, going for walks and meditation has already proved really useful for me to process all information (and hopefully transform some in wisdom). But being more deliberate about what information to process and not be worried about fomo, might be the thing to take personal development and learning to the next level. Thank you!
