Cool article! I work (as a freelancer) in two teams, a develop and design team, at the same time and love it. They hired me for my (UX) design skills and find my front-end skills (sass, gulp, etcetera) very useful. But some of the colleagues don’t know in what type of field I work.. so the term ‘Design Developer’ is maybe more in place!
