Legal Pot In Colorado An “Act of War”

Here is a direct quote from the original action against Colorado and legal marijuana:

“Between Colorado and Plaintiff States, Colorado’s actions amount to what would be casus belli”

Casus Belli is Latin, meaning; “”An act or event that provokes or is used to justify war”.

Declaration Of War Against Colorado?

So is this a symbol declaration of war against Colorado? The last state-on-state casus belli was the civil war. Apparently legal marijuana is as bad as slavery in the eyes of Nebraska and Oklahoma, and big enough of an evil to try to invoke the Union to declare war.
