One of the great things about Notion is that you can use a variety of templates that can help you manage your to-do list, create business projects or just track recipes. This is why I have summarized the 7 Notion templates that can help you to get started with your productivity journey.

Personal Dashboard Template
The Personal Dashboard Template is a great starting point to use Notion daily. This template provides an overview of various aspects of life such as to-do’s, habits, travel, and finances. The Personal Dashboard helps you stay organized and ensures that you don’t forget anything important. You can customize this template by adding or removing sections.

Habit Tracker Template
To track your daily habits and a few steps closer to your goals you can use the “Ultimate Habit Tracker” template. This template allows you to set up your habit-tracking system and track your progress over time. You can use multiple views including a progress bar. This template helps you stay accountable and motivated to achieve your goals.

Book Tracker Template
Tracking the books that I read helped me to remember things. The “Digital Library” template is a great template for Notion that allows you to keep track of the books you’ve read and keep a yearly record of your reading progress. You can also track the books that you want to read, rate how you like the books, and add them to different categories.

Travel Planner Template
This “Travel Planner and Journal” template is a comprehensive tool for planning your travel itinerary and documenting your experiences. This template allows you to create a detailed travel plan, including flights, accommodations, activities, and more. You can also add notes, budgets, and travel documents. I can recommend this template to anyone who loves to travel and wants to stay organized during their trip.

Recipe Database Template
The “Recipes Shopping List, and Meal Plan” Template is a great template for organizing your recipes, planning your meals, and establishing a shopping list. This template allows you to create a database of your favorite recipes, including ingredients, cooking instructions, and meal plans. It helps me to save time and never forget about the great recipes you once found on the Internet.

Project Management Template
The “Project Management Template for Software” is a comprehensive tool for managing your projects. This template allows you to create and assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. You can even add User Stories, add Features and schedule your Sprints, so it is the perfect tool for the agile software project.

Notion has a lot to offer and you can track, organize and manage most of the areas of your life — either private or professional — and all of that with free templates. These 7 templates I have described are only a fraction of what is available online. So I can only encourage you to download different templates and create your own. I would also be interested in what templates you are using, so please leave a comment.
