Why is it, when a young person loses their job; many people say “well what did you do”? “what did they say”? . And when they respond with an “I don’t know” , they continue to prick and pry for an answer that they are satisfied with. Well, as a twenty-two year “young adult” this has happened to me twice so far in my life. The first time, it was honestly out of my control; it was a work hazard i could not get past. this second time, i can’t say for sure what actually happened; it was a four week internship and i got “let go” the start of the last week. its just very disheartening to even try to get another job again.I do not know if it is just me or if its all of the young adults now that are trying to make their way in the world; but it just takes a toll on me when I fail at anything. it takes an extreme amount of courage and faith to get back up again and branch out.
