Importing Genomic Data

Do you want to use the Nebula platform after having already been sequenced/genotyped by another genetic testing service? Great! Follow these simple instructions to upload your data from another genetic testing service and get rewarded with 100 credits.

The first step is to download your data from whatever other service you were tested by. The Nebula platform currently supports importing data from four other services: 23andMe, Ancestry, MyHeritage, and FamilyTreeDNA. If you’ve used one of those services and would like to download your data, simply click their name above to be find instructions on their website on how to get your data.

After you’ve followed those instructions and downloaded your data, log into the Nebula portal and click on the “Earn” tab at the top right of the page. Then navigate to the “Import your health data” box in the lower left corner of the page, as seen highlighted by a red box in the following picture:

Click the “import” button, and you should be brought to the following screen where you can select which service you want to upload data from:

After selecting your service, simply drag and drop the data file that you’ve already downloaded, and you’re done. Collect your Nebula credits and get ready to start powering medical breakthroughs!
