As a father of 3 little ones (ages 3, 4, and 7), and a startup founder getting my latest baby launched while hoping I don’t miss out on important, all-too-fleeting time with my real babies, it is good to know many others are in the same boat. I actually think that parenthood also has a motivating effect on you (at least on me), which can be helpful in succeeding, despite the competing priorities that are not there when you are younger.
