I agree with you on almost every point but give you some food for thought.

The first definition of neoliberalism came from Germany and was described as a combination of capitalism and socialism as a reconciliation, sort of. Therefore it is not that distinctive to define neoliberalism as a free market idea.

Moreover, free marketeers need to develop market solutions for climate change and environmental issues and organize these accordingly and properly.

Point 4 is problematic, I am not s.o. who embraces free movement of people but prefer controlled immigration as mass migrations leads to tension within society, violence and pressure on house and labour market. Many problems are proven with persuasive figures. And I think Douglas Murray is very sound on immigration and its long term impact, or think of Powell’s rivers of blood.
