Do You Have to Do Cardio for Weight Loss?

Cardio for weight loss is not an effective strategy. On the other hand, it is a great way to maintain weight.

I understand it seems counterintuitive, but here is my theory: If a person is overweight and starts doing cardio for weight loss, it usually backfires. Because that person already has poor eating habits, and cardio doesn’t fix it.

However, if the same person loses weight by changing their eating habits, adding cardio to maintain weight loss works.
