Paella

How likely am I to ever cook a paella? Um, highly unlikely. I don’t know how to cook anything complicated. I am very lucky to have a man who knows how to throw down in the kitchen. The other day he rolled up his sleeves and prepared this fancy spanish dish called paella. It’s a rice dish filled with all kinds of seafood savories and meat from some two-legged and four-legged farm animals. This is best consumed with a chilled wine. PS: I wash the dishes.
