Sometimes to remind people is much easier rather than remind ourselves, isn’t it?

I am one of the real examples of someone who likes to keep reminding others about good things but I even like break my own reminders over and over, that’s people.

But, on the other side, I always believe that every day is always a good start to be a better person as long as you want to.

Here are some self-reminders of my own that I’ve done in my daily life and I’mma try and learn (again) to apply them:

  1. Don’t ever trust anyone with all your heart and your mind — I’m serious.
  2. Don’t think that you belong to somebody and somebody belongs to you entirely.
  3. Don’t try to change others, be consistent to keep showing them good example.
  4. Don’t expect the best from anyone, expect the best only from God and yourself.
  5. Don’t be so hard on yourself, don’t be too serious, be more cheerful, be you, and flexible but not lost.
  6. Don’t find happiness and peacefulness from others, it starts from you, within you.
  7. Don’t compare yourself with others pessimistically, love yourself, every body has their own way and time, relax.
  8. Don’t do kindness for seeking praise or attention, you do it because you know that kindness makes you happy, that’s it.
  9. Don’t over-use cell phone and social media. Take a break and detox from social media is one of great ways to keep your mental healthy.
  10. Don’t talk too much, learn to listen, listen to understand, and act more.
  11. Don’t be too close with negative people, take care of your inner soul.
  12. Don’t over-analyze and over-think, you’re not that cool.
  13. Don’t ask for help too often, learn to help more.
  14. Don’t accept people’s words quickly, try to filter.
  15. Don’t bother people’s life. Mind your own life.
