International Conference ´Beyond Architecture, New Intersections & Connections´; ARCC/EAAE 2014 , Honolulu/USA

Amazing event in the amazing location! Even if the coference has a bad organization I would still apreciae it for just visiting Hawaii. However it turned out that the reception , organization as well as the content of the conference were really good!

The paper I presented “Urban Planning, Neuroscience and Contemplation for improving well-being in our cities” met with great interest and I got a lot of positive feedback and questions. On that conference for the first time I have heard about the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture, which I decided to contact directly after my trips end.

My paper was published in conference proceedings and on the website of ARCC (Architecture Research Centers Consortium) online Journal

The beautiful weather and the unique landscapes of Hawaii created amazing condition for site visit and architectural trips. The theme architect of all tours was Vladimir Osipov, and we followed his body of work around all Honolulu, ending with a goodbye reception dinner in the residence on the volcanic slope overlooking all the city:
