I really like using www.doyogawithme.com to supplement my yoga classes. I have honestly only done a couple of these videos, and I don’t think they are a full replacement for yoga with a teacher, but I like them as an option when I have the motivation to do some stretching but don’t want to, or can’t plan to attend a class.
