You’re Not Meant To Do What You Love. You’re Meant To Do What You’re Good At.
Brianna Wiest

Definitely. I believe in what you say, Brianna. Growing up in an Asian household, my parents wanted my brothers and I to pursue fields like medicine or engineering when my none of us had any interest in those areas. It would have been just a waste of time to pursue stuff we did not care about, and I still hold this belief to this day.

I certainly think we all are not meant to be good at everything. Not all of us are meant to be star basketball players or world-class fashion designers. And this is OK. Not everyone is meant to do this. We all are supposed to figure out what we excel at/have passion for and then expand upon them.

The hardest part is figuring out what you like and how much effort you want to put in to make yourself truly excellent at your respective craft.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
