Chefs with Issues: What’s killing the restaurant industry

Heh, as someone who calls himself an aspiring chef because there is so much more to learn, I am so glad I picked up cooking when I did. I will be honest. I had major, as in super awful, depression. It hindered me for years. But cooking became a light at the end of the tunnel for me to head toward when I was feeling lost in life.

I can say now that cooking has become a sort of linchpin for me to keep my sanity intact. Without it, perish the thought the really bad stuff comes back in droves…

On the brighter side, I do in fact love cooking. It’s fun to make food. Check out what I made for lunch the other day.
