I have started to take better care of myself in general. It does not take much, but little habits add up.

These include:

  • Eating a little better.
  • Sleeping and waking up at around the same times.
  • Going for a walk every morning.
  • Exercising each day.

Collectively, and it has only been two weeks, all of these small changes to my lifestyle have definitely made me feel better. I hope to continue and expand upon these lifestyle tweaks to see what I can really do for my body.

Feeling healthy is wonderful.
