Truthfully, at my worst, I became really insecure about my circumstances. Rightfully so, I did not have much to my name during those awful years. And by bad years, they made me feel like a total loser.
Living at home with the parents, jobless, bank account running out of money — many of these aspects and more were not particularly highlights. Any sane person would not want to brag about such qualities.
But that was then. These days, I am more confident about showing more of myself behind the mask. I cannot keep hiding from everything when I want to step into the limelight. In time, I want the world to know more about me as a person.
