Hi Isabel, I also suffer from anxiety and your articles on the subject been really inspiring (and brave!). I wondered, if it isn’t too personal, have you found writing a journal at all cathartic? I find my anxiety means I can never really focus my mind on much for long but wondered if this is something you’ve ever done and if so, has it been of use? Or if you’ve any other tips that can help?
