Awesome article. Makes me think a lot about my own business www.splittable.co since we have enabled housemates to “comment” on costs input, some of these comments now have long strings of negative comments associated with them — basically brining out some of the worst passive aggression our platform is looking to help avoid in the first place.

Would love to know any advice from anyone on how we could help address this, or help our housemates address their issues in a more constructive way leveraging the Splittable platform.

Needless to say, this article has made me think about this really deeply and will be working with our team as well as housemates to figure out how best to address. Thank you so much, brilliant piece.
