My friend Bob

A distracted brain will leave me insane. Blurry thoughts, foggy visions, body moving in awkward positions.
Anxiety will always lie to me, see something no one else can see. False pain, I cannot breath, hoping for any kind of temporary relief.
Depression brings out the worst reflection, low thoughts and worries of rejection, falling lower then 1932’s recession.
But the stress, is the best. Flutters and pain will make me grab my chest. How can I rest, when the weight of a computer desk sits on my left breast.
I’ll always laugh it away, kick it and toss it, be happy with my day.
What can I say? No one would listen anyway, maybe I should pray.
Anyway, keep it moving and keep on smiling. Life is short and even shorter without happiness. Push the negatives away and carry on.
“In your life expect some trouble, but when you worry you make it double, dont worry, be happy” -Bob Marley
