17 years ago today a boy was tied to a fence and left to die. Beaten, bleeding, crying and left alone to die. Bound naked to a fence, alone to die.

17 years ago today a child was left to die, alone on a fence in the cold, because why? Does it matter why? God damn it do you not hear me! A child was beaten and left naked ALONE to die! left alone to DIE! It matters not why!
