Recently I have been surprisingly attached to lifestyle videos on youtube. You have those big youtube telling you about their lives and their routines. One channel I though was mildly interesting was Med School Insiders video called How to Wake Up Early — And Not be Miserable

There are many benefits of waking up early. Like increase your productivity and boost your mental health.

It inspired me to start waking up early…. so that’s what I’m going to focus this week on.

I also have a four-step plan. I’m doing this adventure to improve and stop bad habits. Step 1 is pretty forward and it’s to wake up early. Step 2 is to quit smoking, it’s not good for my health. Coughing like a steam locomotive. Step 3 is to go to the gym…. I pay super much for my gym membership and I hardly never use it. *Shame shame*.
Step 4 is basically to beat two and three.

So let’s start this journey. I’m going to document 30 days of my journey to waking up earlier here on Medium.
