The third temple of the day was Pre Rup (ប្រែរូប). I enjoyed my visit to Pre Rup (ប្រែរូប) as it had an ‘authentic’ feel to it, plus there were only a few fellow tourists.

Pre Rup (ប្រែរូប) was built during the reign of Rajendravarman (944–968) around the same time as Banteay Srei Temple (ប្រាសាទបន្ទាយស្រី; 944–968). As Angkor Wat (អង្គរវត្ត) was built in 1110–1150, and Angkor Thom (អង្គរធំ) and Ta Prohm (ប្រាសាទតាព្រហ្ម), between 1181 and 1218; this makes Pre Rup (ប្រែរូប) one of the older temples on my trip.

The bio is always the difficult bit. I’m a geek, a traveller and a photographer. I’ll be writing about blogging and my travels, plus the occasional ‘tech’ post.
