It doesn’t sound like you’ve read the article so I am attaching it here for your convenience: http://gizmodo.com/exclusive-heres-the-full-10-page-anti-diversity-screed-1797564320

First of all, I hate when people get hung up on stereotypes. All stereotypes have statistical validity or they wouldn’t stick. As humans we stereotype all day long subconsciously.

Secondly, you don’t actually address any of the points made there so I have to assume you are just click baiting here. Here are some questions for you for after you read the article. How is suggesting there are biological differences between men and women sexist? Is it a sexist and fireable offense to say men can’t give birth? Is it sexist to say men are more aggressive then women ON AVERAGE? If the physical differences between men and women are so obvious why wouldn’t we expect psychological differences? Obviously men and women differ physically and psychologically, the author didn’t really make any points that weren’t immediately obvious to anyone who’s taken a 101 class in physical anthropology. I don’t understand why we can’t acknowledge our differences as well as embrace them. What’s the point of diversity if everyone’s the same?
