Helen was between 23–26 years old at the time of her disappearance. Her birthdate is unknown. She resided in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She had brown hair and brown eyes. She was 5'9"-6'0" tall and last known to weigh 170–180 lbs, and might have worn glasses.

Disappearance

Reportedly, on January 12, 1946, Helen was last seen in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On that day, she was supposed to pick up her two young children from a babysitter’s house but never showed up. She has not been seen or heard from since.

Helen’s family never believed, and still, they don’t think that she would have ever abandoned her children. When she was a teenager, her mother died, and her siblings were placed subsequently in an orphanage.

Oddly enough, the date listed as the day she went missing, is reportedly the same day her husband, William P. Stark, was discharged from the Army. He had enlisted back in March of 1943.

Also, at the time she vanished, she was reportedly having marital problems, but how severe it was or whether it even had anything to do with her disappearance, remains unknown.

Unfortunately, very few details are available in her case, which remains unsolved to this day.

Even though there is very little information to work with, hopefully, someone out there who knows even the tiniest, seemingly insignificant clue to Helen’s fate, will use the contact below.
