Right we should openly discuss this thing and spread more awareness. Just before few days I also get to know from Dr. That I have anxiety problem and due to this I het fainted on the different situation and those related with change. But I didn’t get worry instead take my medicine and search on net started exercises and surya namskar (yog), milk, juice and spending few time in fresh sunlight. And listening slow music and think positivity. I think after doing this anyone can be easily free and fly.
