Announcing a brand new EP: Guitarchestra
Ready for some new Night Bandit music?
Between October and December, I went into overdrive and put together a new 6 track EP called Guitarchestra.
It’s available for free download on Saturday, January 9, 2016.

Why “Guitarchestra”? Because while Avenged Sevenfold was making their Grammy-winning album City of Evil, the lead guitar player Brian “Synyster Gates” Haner used that word to describe the epic, orchestral sound that they were going for (I am still looking for a clip… it exists somewhere…).
The EP draws a LOT of influence from heavy metal, rock, and funk music. Often times, the electronic elements will drop out entirely and make way for fully traditional instrumentation. Expect a bunch of flashy guitar licks, rhythmic “drops”, and rock-band-style song arrangements.
Additionally, I recently acquired a kickass ESP 7–string guitar. You won’t have any trouble hearing it in the tracks where it gets used. Low notes from that guitar are ridiculously aggressive.
As always, I will release tons of project extras
Like stems, remixes, and perhaps the full project files in some cases.
Keep an eye on Soundcloud for Guitarchestra.
Available for free download on Saturday, January 9th.
