I agree that there are so many unwritten rules and obstacles, but what you described sounds like a toxic culture that has to do with more than race girl! Who is sharing info like their credit card statements with coworkers. That’s extremely unprofessional, even in the least diverse of spaces I’ve been in. Uh uh. Lol
