I use pen and paper for my journalling and it really improves the time management in me. I am preparing for my masters entrance exam GRE and I track myself by how much Time I spent to achieve my goal and what tasks I perform for that goal, I also write the good and bad things I did like if I watched YouTube alot then I count it as a bad thing to waste time. But I find it hard to continue writing I forgot 1 2 times in week that I have to write journal. This article have added more things in my journal like I write it at the end of the day which is the reason why I forgot as after coming back from work I am tired and go to bed early to wake up early. I should do it twice in a day after wakeup and before going to bed.
