How to Create Endless Energy

I actually watch and listen to some of your videos before I go to sleep or during the day. They give me enough motivation to then start the day and keep me enthusiastic and awake when I start my work. But I also like a little bit of coffee (my morning ritual), I always feel energised when I spend time with like-minded positive people so try to be around them as much as possible. I avoid carbs and eat loads of healthy protein and veggies. I have a weakness for dried dates and figs though… but everyone needs a little bit of sweet in their life :) Also, I make sure to define words when I read something. I start feeling sleepy and tired when I go pass a word I don’t fully understand and didn't even realise that.
