Totally agree with considering alternative treatments first and foremost. Just a question — have you experimented with your walking posture? This is what I determined was the main cause of my back, neck and ankle pain. Losing 100 pounds didn’t really change it all that much. Changes to my walking posture were transformative though, as was working with my fascia.
