That said, I’m not a big fan of weight loss goals, but I hope it works for you -if it does, rock on. Weight loss goals always used to get me to fixate on foods I was waiting to eat, which I inevitably did whether I reached my goal or gave up. Instead I gamified my weight loss instead. The details are still embedded in my health journey (look for gamify weight loss), but I plan to pull them out soon.
