Find your raison d’être! Wonderful advice for anyone, whether they are dealing with chronic illness or not. Battling daily chronic pain is really debilitating, and is tough to maintain a positive outlook.

Gradual experiments toward a more healthy “me” worked for me and my issue (weight, chronic pain in back, neck, ankles and feet, all gone now), but obviously some conditions are more permanent. My most important discovery though was learning about my fascia — the covering of our muscles. This was transformative for me, but still has taken 2 years of daily, deliberate effort.
